Participants will learn to use their minds, bodies and voices to express passionate authenticity, connect with an audience, break bad habits, explain complex information clearly, and build narratives that will have the listener leaning in and wanting more.

Negotiations and Difficult Conversations

UP your emotional intelligence. UP's original methodology, "Currencies of Communication", teaches professionals to identify a listener's underlying priorities (eg. Status, Safety, Efficiency etc.) and then to frame their message within that person's value system, leading to a productive dialogue and best possible outcomes. This codified system increases self awareness, emotional intelligence, tactical insight into the challenge at hand, and creative problem solving.
